The Halter top has one layer of fabric that gives you a cowl effect. It starts from around the neck, covering the sides of the bust line which tapers to a V-shape at the back. Also the middle of the bust line has a stitch to allow the fabric to drape across your bust. Ideal for under any jacket for those cool evenings.
