Womens Light Weight Vest

This Sleeveless Vest is ideal for summer or winter and for the slender or a fuller figured woman. It has a small collar that tapers down to the front. From the front of the hem, it also tapers down to the sides which falls to just above the knees. Then it lifts back up with a double frill that just covers the buttocks. In addition, there is fluting around the edges and it hides the thighs to give a classic line.
